Girl Online...

Hey Guys!

So I'm certain that many of you will know the world famous, absolutely gorgeous and most kindhearted beauty blogger/vlogger Zoe Sugg aka Zoella ( and if you haven't then you must have been hiding under a rock these past four years and it must have been one hell of a rock!!) And if you have I'm also pretty certain that you know that in the last few weeks Zoe has released her first ever book, courtesy of Penguin publishers, 'Girl Online'. If you don't know who she is heres a link to her youtube channel and blog.

Well last night at exactly 1:09am (so you could really say this morning!) I read the last page of 'Girl Online' and I can honestly say without any doubt in my mind at all that it was one of the most heart-rendering, amazing, roller coasters of a book and the minute I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I started reading this 3 days ago when i finished the book I as reading beforehand and instantly from the first few pages I knew it was going to be a real page turner and a book that I was going to love. However I didn't realise quite how much I was going to love it. It had me laughing, crying and smiling like an idiot all the way through! Haha!!

Recently though it came out that Zoe had used a 'ghost writer' to help her compose this book and do you know what I think about that? Fair play to her. Because of this she's been receiving a fair bit of hate for it and it got to the point where she had to take time off the internet and vlogmas was put on hold, is that the right way to put it? This also happened in the book where Penny, the main protagonist, had to do the same. Even though Zoe did have a ghost writer to help her with her book all of her ideas seem to be very much her own and that is evident throughout. The only thing I believe that the ghost writer helped her with was the wording. There are so many little parts of the story that are so similar to Zoe herself that just shouts that it was all her ideas used and not anyone else's. I think that all the haters that have been brining Zoe down can all go on and do one. When you try something for the very first time you are obviously going to want help with it and it isn't any different for famous people either. Just because someone is more well known than ourselves it doesn't mean they should be ridiculed for having a bit of help does it?

Anyway let's just try to forget about the negative and focus on the positive things. Zoe's book is absolutely amazing and has broken all kinds of records with its release and as a fan I feel so proud of how far she has come and all of the hurdles she has accomplished along the way. If you haven't already I would definitely recommend you take a look at Girl Online and maybe give it a cheeky purchase ;)

Heres the link if you do want to give it a cheeky little read ;) >> http://www.amazon.co.uk/Girl-Online-Zoe-Sugg-Zoella/dp/0141357274/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418483287&sr=8-1&keywords=girl+online

Anyway until next time
Emma x

P.S This post is not sponsored I just genuinely thought that I should share my views on whats happening about Zoe and the ghost writer at the moment and give Girl Online a little review so anyone out there who is considering buying it will have another perspective over it.

I am so proud of you Zoe!!

The Vamps concert in Cardiff!

Hey guys!
So I know I haven't posted on here in a while and thats mainly because I'm trying to work on quite a big post for you and couldn't think of anything to post during that. Anyway I was brainstorming last night and suddenly came up with this! I can't believe I hadn't thought about writing a blog about this earlier!
I went to see The Vamps live in concert in Cardiff, in Wales (as you may or may not know thats 6 hours away as I live in Norwich!!) On 11th October, with my sister, Mum and Dad. As you may already know if you read the 20 facts about me blog post, I am a massive fan of the band The Vamps. The band consists of four members: James Mcvey, Connor Ball, Tristan Evans and Brad Simpson. They are an indie-pop style band and in my opinion are the best.
Anyway enough about the background of these four amazing boys and back to the concert itself! I went to bed the night before buzzing about the next day and i couldn't get to sleep in the end I read for about 2 hours and then finally fell asleep complete with kindle in hand! (Great way to fall asleep if you just can't!!) I woke the next morning at 8am and couldn't understand why I had butterflies in my stomach then I realised, The Vamps were today!!! Anyway at 9am we left to go to Cardiff. We arrived at about 3:30pm and went straight to the hotel where we dropped our bags off and I began the long process of getting ready. I also forced my mum and dad to listen to The Vamps the whole time as I thought that they needed to get into the spirit of things! After I was ready, at about 5pm we went down to the restaurant/pub thing in the hotel and i got a coca cola. We needed to kill sometime as the doors opened at 6:30. Once the clock ticked over to 6:20 we left the hotel and walked down to the venue (5 mins away.) It was at that moment that I realised this really was for real. We had to walk half way round the venue before we reached the end of the queue, but luckily once we got there the queue was moving fairly quickly as that was when the people were starting to be let in.
When we got in and found our seats, me and my Dad went off to find where all the merchandise was being sold and I got into that queue which seemed just as long as the one outside! Once I finally got to the front I told the lady serving me what I wanted and she went and grabbed it. Heres what I bought:

As well as the things above I bought a T-shirt, however it is currently in the wash and so I can't photograph it. It is just plain black but with orange 'The Vamps' logo written on the front. On the back in white writing is all of the tour dates from the 2014 Meet The Vamps tour.
Once we got back from the merchandise store we all sat down and waited for the concert to begin. At about 7pm E of E came onto the stage and performed three of their songs and got the crowd going. After that Luke Friend entered and performed his two songs. The last warm up act of the night was Nina Nesbitt. Her set was amazing nearly as good as The Vamps! Haha! Anyway at about 8:30 on came THE VAMPS!! Their set was absolutely amazing. It was magical and I couldn't have had a better night. When the encore came they performed risk it all and Can we dance (both classics!) It couldn't have ended so perfectly ! I was buzzing when I got back to the hotel and, yet again, I couldn't sleep. I was awake until nearly 4am reliving the moment. Watching all of my videos scanning through my photos and reading my programme. When I woke early next morning I couldn't help but feel a little sad and down that it was now over but I will always have that memory to stick. Here a few of my photos from the night:

It's a perfect band to end a perfect evening.

Bath time favourites!

Hey everybody,

So today I thought I would share my bath time favorites with all of you! You may not know but I am a huge fan of baths and once I'm in I have to force myself to get out! It may sound a little weird but its true, I spend absolutely ages in a bath when I can, I just find it so relaxing. Anyway here are some of my favorite products I regularly use once in the bath and after.

My first product I love to use is something from Lush. Whether it is a bath bomb, bath melt or bubble bar i just love how they make your skin so soft after and the smell they leave is gorgeous! Here I have the brightside bubble bar from Lush and I just break a bit from the bar and crumble it under the tap. It leaves wonderous bubbles and smells absolutely gorgeous!
The next product I use is a clearasil skin perfecting face wash. I generally use this to help reduce breakouts and the redness of my spots when i do get a breakout. This may not work for everyone so don't buy it with high expectations. I'm lucky to have found a product which does help my skin, however if this doesnt work for you then invest in some other products until you find one that does! Also it does take a few weeks for you to notice any difference so if you were to start using this you will need to use it everyday, twice a day for it to make a real difference.
I then use the simple kind to skin moisturising facial wash. This helps to rehydrate my skin and regain its moisture. If you get quite dry and oily skin then i definitely recommend this, it has helped my skin dramatically, not only has improved the look and quality of my skin, it has also improved the feel of it too!
I also use a holister body wash, this is in the scent 'Solana Beach' and is a little on the pricey side, however i would definitely recommend it. It has an absolute gorgeous smell and reminds me a little bit of the Caribbean i don't know why because I've never been there but it does! Also the smell doesnt disappear to quickly and it makes my skin feel silky smooth.
This next product I use regularly is the ted baker body scrub. This is a god send if you suffer from dryer skin like i do! It works so well and lasts ages! I use it on my legs, arms and feet and honestly, ive never had softer skin after using it!

For my hair I use the Tresemme salon silk shampoo and conditioner. This really helps to keep my hair looking healthy and not greasy!! I wash my hair with the shampoo and then i rub the conditioner in and leave it in for about 10-15 minutes then rinse it off. By doing it this way I've found it makes my hair super soft and stay looking ckean and not greasy for slightly longer. This is something definitely worth purchasing!
And finally I use the simple kind to skin deep cleansing face mask. However, I dont use this in the bath, I apply it to my face after ive got out and dressed but before i dry my hair. I leave it on my face for 5-10 minutes then wash it off. It cleans out my pores and keeps my face looking clean and soft for longer definitely worth buying!

I hope this helps you when looking for products to help your skin and hair and thanks for reading!
(Sorry its so long!)

***DISCLAIMER***
I'm not trying to show off or anything i just generally wanted to show you what i use in the help it will help you guys a bit! Also I have not be paid in any way to mention these brands or anything, they are what i use and have found work for me. Don't expect these products to work for you as our skin react differently to products:)

New day...New blogger...

Hiya everybody!

As I'm new to this blogging business I thought introducing myself may be a good start!!
My name is Emma Taylor, from Norfolk and 14 years old. I have become obsessed with make up and beauty recently, however I only tend to use drugstore make up since I can't yet afford the high end make up! I'm always watching youtube and looking for new ways to improve my skin and make up routine etc! I hope you will all join me along the way and hopefully I will grasp the idea of blogging regularly!!
I thought I should add my first photo!
